Payment of professional fees may be made in cash or by check, Visa, or Mastercard.  Payment of fees or co-payments is expected at the time services are rendered.

We accept many forms of insurance, although each of our therapists may not accept all types of insurance.  Please call your insurance company to learn whether a particular therapist is an in-network or out-of-network provider for your plan.   You are encouraged to learn about your mental health and substance abuse coverage by contacting your insurance company prior to your first visit.   The telephone number of your insurance company is probably listed on your insurance card.

Please be aware that some insurance companies require pre-certification for outpatient psychotherapy.  In such cases, you should contact your insurance company for a pre-certification number and provide that number to your therapist at your first visit.

We can accept Medicare and Medicaid under some circumstances, and we are also approved providers for Champus/TriCare. 

Our office will file for reimbursement by your insurance company.  However, you are responsible for paying fees at the time of service if your deductible has not been met.  You are also responsible paying co-payments at the time of service.
